Farah has spent 24 years leading operations across multiple industries. Prior to her current role, she was at Target Corporation as a Group Vice President of Field Operations.
Before joining Target, Farah spent 20 years at GE, beginning in Lynn, MA where she held roles of increasing responsibility in shop operations. In 2008, Farah relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio to lead Evendale Production Assembly, where she led manufacturing efforts for six engine programs. She subsequently served as Plant Leader in Lynn for Structural Components and then moved to Greenville, South Carolina where she led the Turbine Airfoils site.
In 2014, Farah joined GE Oil & Gas/Baker Hughes as the Enterprise Lean Leader. Her role grew to include Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Industry 4.0, and operations integration. In 2018, Farah returned to GE Aerospace and became the General Manager for the Turbine Airfoils part family. In this role, she had oversight for five manufacturing sites, two technology development centers and a multi-site joint venture. She also served on the Board of Directors for PG Technologies.
