Arne leads the Sales & Customer Development Americas for Lufthansa Technik’s Digital Fleet Services based in Miami focusing on AVIATAR and flydocs. While expanding the footprint of the digital TechOps ecosystem in the region he is focusing on a customer centric approach to drive the digital transformation forward and enable airlines and MROs technical operations with digital tools for records management and data & analytics. Prior to that he was responsible for big airline groups in Europe and Middle East as a Senior Customer Success manager for AVIATAR. He gained previous experience as a corporate project manager for MRO cooperations in Africa and supported the digitalization of Lufthansa Technik’s Base Maintenance facilities. He holds a diploma degree in industrial engineering from the Technical University of Dresden and did a major abroad at the National Technical University in Córdoba, Argentina.
