FAA Additive Manufactured (AM) PMA Approval

The bracket is a direct replacement and is Additively Manufactured (3D Printed) in Titanium (Ti-6AL-4V) replacing the original Magnesium casted bracket. The result is a part with superior strength, corrosion properties and longer operational life. Tronos has successfully combined years of aviation experience with this Next -Gen Additive Manufacturing technology and is one of the first third-party organization to receive an FAA PMA approval for an Additively Manufactured part. 

This Additive Manufacturing technology provides an alternative to the traditional manufacturing processes, allowing for the optimisation, modification, and redesigning (when required) of parts.
